Crisp, clear Caribbean ocean, palm trees swaying in the light breeze, the smell of spicy jerked chicken in the air and the warm laughter of friendship surrounding the pool… these are just a few of the senses that were tantalized at the annual m3 Private Wealth Group held in Montego Bay, Jamaica this year at the award winning Ritz-Carlton resort.
Encompassing a truly global presence, 40% of the attendees at the Wealth Masters International (WMI) m3 Private Wealth Group were comprised of international Members. Speakers focused on global economics, specifically, demonstrating the historical precedence for the financial opportunity that develops during economic lows. All WMI Members are made aware that the greatest transfer of wealth in history is taking place right now and the m3 Private Wealth Group is just one of the many opportunities Members have to learn more about what they can do to capitalize and generate extraordinary wealth during the transfer.
The event capped off with attendees enjoying the scenic view and socializing in the sun before heading to the Welcome Reception held on the warm sand beach at the Ritz-Carlton. Guests were energized by the steel drum band and treated to coconut cutters served up “no problem mon” from a real coconut. The WMI Executive Committee welcomed the guests and presented the newest members of the Executive Committee team, Carrie Langstroth and Per Gunnar Hoem with gold and diamond E.C. recognition pins. “These events are not just about the highest levels of Wealth, Health and Wisdom- they’re a celebration of people, and what better way to do that than to kick things off than with some appreciation and recognition for our leaders,” said Mary Dee, the C.O.O. and original Founding Member for WMI.
Days two and three served as a gateway to world-class financial education and personal empowerment from some of the world’s leading educators in Wealth, Health and Wisdom. Listeners were introduced to creative methods designed to maintain and grow wealth and were engrossed in controversial subjects meant to encourage and remind the audience to analyze what the mass media is spinning to get down to the real, often unseen truth. Deanna Latson, Founder of Good Thinking Co., spoke for the first time about “The Conspiracy Against Your Health” which covered her story of the challenges she was faced with when she spoke out against the dairy industry as well as her and her family’s own battle towards living a healthier lifestyle. As Kip Herriage, CEO and Co-Founder of WMI put it, “We believe that health is just as important of a topic as wealth, because truly, a prosperity lifestyle entails being healthy enough to actually enjoy your wealth.”
Day four was the group networking and activity session where groups went out at sun-up to enjoy a game of golf on the mesmerizing rolling hills of the famous White Witch golf course at Rose Hall. Others enjoyed a morning horseback ride that started by the ocean and moved through the gorgeous Jamaican tropics or the adrenaline rush of the Canopy Tour where ten different zip lines took the group through the tops of trees and ocean views of Jamaica. By the end of the day you could find the attendees relaxing and playing by the pool or in the ocean, connecting and building new friendships with other Wealth Group Members and their families. “The friends you make at events like these are the ones that will last you a lifetime. It’s great to be around like-minded people who have the same values and goals,” stated Karl Bessey, President and Co-Founder of WMI.
On the final day of the event the group was challenged to break through the barriers of fear and continue on in their commitment towards achieving their goals in life. The group participated in a rebar bending activity that exercised the laws of physics met with intense desire to follow through on bending the rebar with a partner without the use of hands. After the partner activities, Members wrote down their goals for moving forward in the year and wrote a letter to themselves reminding them of what they learned and what they want to accomplish. The day concluded with a time of reflection on the week and inspiration in knowing that their biggest goals in life are within reach.

What special Fourth of July treat do you look forward to the most? Whether its hot dogs, burgers, apple or blueberry pie, almost everyone has a favorite. It feels especially gratifying when someone enjoys your creation so much that they ask you for the recipe or beg you to bring it with you to the next big gathering. There’s something comforting in the idea that you can bring back that familiar taste experience again and again by sticking to a time-tested formula that’s worked for generations.
When new Wealth Masters Consultants come to me for marketing advice, I love to use spaghetti sauce to illustrate why WMI’s Three Step Marketing process is so powerful and so successful. If your goal is to make spaghetti sauce, you’re going to want a list of ingredients that will produce the flavors you want. You’ll measure them according to the recipe and combine them in the right order. Finally, you’ll cook it all for the right amount of time and make sure that the temperature’s just right. Even if you’ve never made spaghetti sauce before in your life, you can trust that you’re going to end up with the result you want if you copy these steps exactly.
Marketing works exactly the same way. If you make a commitment to yourself that you’re going to follow the prescribed steps in the prescribed order and do it consistently every day, it’s inevitable that you’re going to see the business results that you want. When you try to deviate from the recipe by either skipping a day or changing the order somehow, if follows that your results are going to be compromised. Consistency is the key to the whole thing. Find a plan that’s simple and repeatable and then follow it relentlessly and I’ll be seeing you with the winners on stage at the next m2!
